Urgent Health survey - the future of your NHS is at Stake

Big decisions are being made about the future of our local NHS. For example, North Bristol NHS Trust (the people who run Frenchay and Southmead) are thinking about concentrating their services on one main site.

I believe that it is vital that health chiefs know what YOU think, so that we can protect and build up our local NHS. That is why I have prepared this survey to find out your views. The bigger the response, the stronger the voice I will have when I speak up for local people.

If you are not sure whether you live in Northavon, click on the link below. Simply type your postcode into the Constituency locator and it will tell you whether I am your local MP.

Scroll down to answer the questions, then click on the button at the bottom of the page. The lines marked with * are essential.
